Simply outstanding.
So much great stuff coming in this patch. I really love some of the small things too, like being able to close a door! Great stuff. Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Rob. It is appreciated. Just reading those patch notes generated quite a bit of excitement for NWN2, and its future.
Thanks!

Sweetness. How is the testing going, anyway? Any major issues? _________________ Lawful does not mean obeying laws. The MotB Revert Pack: revert the heads and Warlock armor! |

Many of those spells lack variables to maximize, so the feat should not apply to them. Some of the others should not be maximized, because the effect (creating a flaming weapon) is not a direct numerical value.
This makes Maximize feat closer to D&D rules. |

Why? Because there is nothing to maximize there. You would just be wasting spells slots if you tried. Spell would perform same as without any metamagic. _________________ Spell Fixes compilation for NWN2 Feat Selection Fixes for NWN2 |

Infinite items in stores should no longer lose focus after purchasing.
It's about time! I don't believe it took so long to figure out what a pain in the butt it is to buy potions and ammo. Can we get this into a real (non-beta) patch sometime soon, please?Edited By Darpaek on 05/29/09 13:10 |

There's an override from Grinning Fool for this already. Except the highlight/focus still jumps to the next item in the inventory. But at least it no longer takes you back to the top of the list.
According to Grinning Fool, the problem was simple, but finding the cause was pretty complex and time consuming.
Regarding the maximise, nice to see that. It wasn't always clear which spells might not be effected by maximise. Like a maximised flaming weapon. _________________ The most boring conversation is between two people who know what they're talking about. |

*sighs* And still no love for warlocks. I love the list of fixes and additions, but seriously, player1 has already fixed the SR issue (and the invocation issue, I believe); why can't you incorporate that? How long must the warlock be overlooked?
Still, I do love the new note about invisibility actually turning people invisible. Kudos for that. _________________ Errare est humanum ergo humanus non sum. |

I would've preferred if they made it so that I could choose how many copies of the same item to buy. Or is that too hard to program? |
